How to receive and return stroller

1. We will set up meeting point & timing details via reservation mail,
   as each family’s situation is different. ( Schedule / hotel location / children’s age etc.)
   
2. Then we will pass you the stroller directly at the meeting up point.
   
3. For Return, you can ask hotel receptionist to pass me. (or directly. we set up the best place & time via chat)

*We do not have a physical store (Online reservation only )

Minimum rental: 1 day ¥7,000 ~
Additional day: +¥1,000

*This includes personal coordination, preparation, cleaning, and safety checks before each rental.

When you receive rental stroller

• Please bring your passport as your ID when you receive stroller. If we cannot verify your ID, you are not able to take this service. 
  
  
• Please use stroller properly for baby’s safety.
  We do not take any responsibilities in stroller use.

• Load capacity for hooks are about 1,5kg~2kg.
  Please do not hang heavy stuff on hooks, it would cause a fall by losing balance.

After-theme park : when you really need it

Major theme parks like Tokyo Disneyland, Universal studio Osaka offer stroller rentals, but only for use inside the park. (These often don’t include rain covers)

The real challenge begins when you leave: tired children, long walks back to the station, and the journey to your hotel. That’s when a rental stroller helps most.

If you can bring your stroller from home country, that would be the best. IT WILL HELP YOU A LOT in Tokyo.

Tokyo is famous for “a lot of walking” district.
