Recommend point :
- There is Kids pool with small slide, and 25m pool
- Near Tokyo Tower (about 15min walk), and Shiba park
- Convenient location – 5min walk from station
- Clean locker room & toilets
- Price: 600yen for Adult, 100yen for children /2hours, No charge for pre-school kids
- Summer season only ( change to futsal court in winter )
- OK to bring in swim ring (swim float = ring shape only)
- There is crowded forecast (Japanese only) in real time

Recommend point :
- New & Clean (large complex facility for all kids of sports)
- There is Small pool for kids and 25m pool
- There are jacuzzi next to the pool
- Convenient location – 5min walk from station
- Price: 800yen for Adult, 100yen for children /2hours, No charge for pre-school kids
- All season available
- Open till 22:30 (entry by 21:30)

Sumida City Gymnasium – Indoor pool

- There is Small pool for kids and 25m pool
- There are jacuzzi next to the pool
- Convenient location – 5min walk from station
- Price: 550yen for Adult, half price for 3yrs – junior high school children /2hours
- All season available
- Open till 22:30 (entry by 21:30)

Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium – Indoor Pool
This is located right next to New Tokyo National Stadium, It’s more for exercise if your kids are older enough to enjoy swimming.
Recommend point :
- There is 50m pool and 25m pool
- Convenient location – 3min walk from station
- There is public bath at locker room, not only shower
- Locker room, shower room, toilet are clean and big enough
- Price: 600yen for Adult, 260yen for children
- Open till 23:00 ( holiday by 21:00 )
- Right next to New National Olympic Stadium

[ Before you go – Basic rules of Japanese Public Pool ]
Standards differs by culture – Here are Japanese common standards to enjoy Public Pools.
- Children aged three and over may use the pool with guardian. Small children with diaper can not enter the pool.
- Bring own swim suits, Swim cap, and towel. There are no rentals. (But to buy, there are swim wear shop mostly at front )
- Soap and shampoo can be used during showers, but please bring them with you as they are not provided.
- Need to remove watches and accessories.
- Too sexy swim wear might be not welcomed.
- You can’t dive or dive.
- Individuals with tattoos are asked to cover their tattooed areas while they use the facility. You may use non-transparent rash guards and supporters.

Indoor swimming pool are basically warm enough to swim even in winter.
Especially Minatoku Sports Center’s Indoor pool has jacuzzi next to children’s pool so it’s convenience to warm up when you feel cold.
