How to receive and return stroller

1. We will set up meeting point & timing details via reservation mail,
   as each family’s situation is different. ( Schedule / hotel location / children’s age etc.)
   
   
2. Then we will pass you the stroller directly at the meeting up point – basically at your hotel
   
   
3. For Return, we set up the best place & time via chat. (Mostly at hotel reception)

Delivery & Pickup fee

*Kansai Airport handover is generally not supported. If unavoidable, a +8,000 yen fee will be charged.

*Hotel delivery&pickup is available. Please let us know your hotel location in advance.

Weekend & holiday service fee

Business hours: Weekdays 10:00–17:00
Outside these hours, an after-hours service fee applies. (including Japanese public holidays and New Year’s holidays).

If wether seems rain or snow, rain cover would be attached.

Double stroller alternative : Single Stroller + Step Board 

Can’t find a double stroller in Osaka?

This setup is our recommended alternative for families with two children.
One child sits in the stroller, while the other rides on the step board when needed.

Lighter, easier, and more suitable for traveling in Japan than a double stroller.

Step board weight capacity: up to 25 kg

When you receive rental stroller

• Please bring your passport as your ID when you receive stroller.  If we can not check your ID, you are not able to take this service. 
  
  
• Please use stroller properly for Child’s safety.
  We do not take any responsibilities in stroller use.

• Load capacity for hooks are about 1,5kg~2kg.
  Please do not hang heavy stuff on hooks, it would cause a fall by losing balance.

Benefits of Our Service

“Hand to Hand” delivery – A Local Meets You in Person

We deliver the stroller directly, and as a local, we can share real-time tips you need right then and there in English. 

This is not like just using rental equipment. 

Some rental services ship strollers, but receiving packages can be complicated, no one to ask for question, you must repack the stroller by yourself for return shipping, and delivery fees are not inexpensive.

With us, you get the stroller directly – no shipping, no packing, no hassle.

Rental stroller at amusement park is for only at site

You can rent stroller at major amusement park (Ex.USJ Osaka, Legoland Japan in Nagoya etc.) or Department store, Shopping mall.

However, those are only for inside the site… 

And rain cover would not be included.

You will walk quite a lot in Osaka – from hotel to station, sightseeing area, amusement park, and back to your hotel.

Small children need a rest AFTER the amusement park – that’s when stroller would help you the most.

Quickly foldable, Lightweight

When subway / train / elevator / stairs / restaurants were crowded, you might have to fold or carry stroller & child – this stroller is quickly foldable with one hand and quite lightweight to lift up. 

“Compact & Durable” stroller is quite important in Tokyo – that’s why I choose this specs for my client.

Rain Cover included

This is important actually, but not many stroller rental service would not include rain cover.

Rain cover will be attached for our every strollers, for sudden rain or snow.

Easy to go Kyoto, Nara, and Hiroshima

Osaka is close to Kyoto, Nara, Kobe, and Hiroshima – If you’re using Osaka as a base to explore these tourist spots, you’ll find our strollers incredibly handy in train stations and on crowded trains.
